Three Muses--Vintage Collage

Hello Everyone. Thank you for calling in and for the kind comments you leave on my posts. At the moment my life has taken a turn for the worst as my MIL had been recently diagnosed with dementia and we are the only people caring for her at the moment until the NHS mental health department have a meeting--whatever that means. Going to try to organise something today so we will have a bit more 'me' time.

This week at Three Muses the theme is Vintage and I have done a digital collage.


Lots of lovely goodies. The image is from the Old Design Shop and it is one of three that I won at The Speed Craft Challenge

The frames were both made in Paint Shop Pro and the flowered paper was free at Chocolate Baroque--thank you to them. Not sure where the paper with writing came from but it may have been one that Valerie gave to me a while ago.

    I am so honored, Chrissie, that in the midst of your problems you took the time to create something for my challenge this week, and a beautiful bit of art it is. So sorry to hear about your MIL.     Lovely collage Chrissie. You have my heartfelt sympathies. My father died 3 years ago from vascular dementia and now my mum has it too. It is an incredible difficult time, physically, mentally and emotionally. Nikki xxxxxx

Hi All. Thank you for visiting today and I hope you like what you see here. A fine bright day but colder today so I may fit in a walk later though I had some curtains to make before I do anything else. At Tag Tuesday this week the theme is Diva. I don't always remember to show my tags for there as you need to be a member and and do your own posts on Tag Tuesday's blog. I chose Elizabeth Taylor as my Diva she was so beautiful in films but definitely a Diva in her private life.
