Felines at the Craft-room
This week the Craft-Room Challenge is featuring Felines.
Here is the card I made this morning
Cats are very much on my mind at the moment as my daughter had one her 17 year old cats knocked down by a bus recently and we were all very upset especially her other 17 year old cat, Bert, who was lost without his mate Casper. After some thought they decided rather than being sad forever they would get a new kitten. When they saw these two brothers they thought they would have both of them and now Bert has found a new lease of life taking the kittens under his paw and teaching them tricks-Dylan and Felix have learnt very quickly that the bed is the nicest place to have a nap with Great Uncle Bert.

ReplyDeleteI love your card, the colours and image are wonderful. So sad that your daughter lost one of her cats, but it's a happy ending with the kittens. We lost one of our 15 year old Dachshunds in May and were devestated, and so was his brother Otto. We got another Dachshund puppy in July called Rose, although the hole Fritz left can never be filled, Rose has brought the house back to life again and fills our little world with love. Hugs Julia xxxx
