Garden Art and Photographs
Apologies to those who thought they had already commented on my post yesterday then the comment was missing. Your comments were still there and so was the post but Google had posted the same post twice and each post had different comments. Very confusing I know. Now deleted one of them and added the comments all to the remaining one.
Nice to have you join me today so thank you for calling in.
At Art Journal Journey the theme chosen by Yvonne is, 'in my garden there is'.
I made a collage with some more of our garden art. All of these things I got for 20p each at the carboot sale. The brass picture Vic varnished.
This is the bottom creation and it started life a plastic mat. I'd like to share this at Moo Mania and More where Anything goes for the next two weeks.
The original mat
I painted it with white acrylic then Vic and me kept taking turns to paint one bit each until it was covered. That's what happens when it rains a lot lol. Then it was vanished back and front to hang on the fence
I just popped into the garden to take pics of a few of the flowers that are out at the moment--then the rain came so will take some more another day

Verbena
Hipericon though I am sure which one as we have a different one as well which is a much bigger flower
Crocosmia
Hope you day is going well

Beautiful flowers in your garden Chrissie, I saw the bee. A great journal page and the garden art is again awesome. I love the brass plaque, I bet it catches the sun when it appears in our sky. what you did to the plastic mat is so bright and colourful , we have one of those as a protector in the bottom of the kitchen sink, now I know what will happen to it sometime in the future.
