Journal Page and Inchie
Hi All and happy new week to you. Thank you for calling in today and for the lovely comments you leave here for me.
Art Journal Journey have the theme If You Go Down in the Woods. (Just had to change to the Journey word as I always seem to type Journal Journal) I wonder if anyone else does that?
As Vic and me always seem to seek out woodland walks I have made us into the Green Man and the Green Woman
I changed this photograph to black and white then colour, spray painted it in Paint Shop Pro
Every Inchie Monday has Spaceship as the theme this week
A bit simple but I based it on one my son made from a kit in 1970s
Have a great week everyone
Love Chrissie xx
Wonderful journal page, green suits you! Thanks so much for joining us again at Art Journal Journey. Lovely inchie, too. Hugs, Valerie
ReplyDeleteI love how you have made such wonderful additions to your already fabulous woodland scene! Love the 70's style inchie too! Hugs, Chrisx
ReplyDeleteA beautiful woodland scene, a great idea to turn yourselves into the green man and woman. Lovely inchie too.

That is sooo cool - who would have thought to use a photo and recolour it and adapt it - I love it and the wording too. Your inchie is a super idea, brings back memories of the hyped up space era of the 60's and 70's.
ReplyDeleteYou are too funny Chrissie! This is such a great page, I love the little squirrel of course!! Great puzzle piece too! hugs :)
ReplyDeleteI like the collage you made and I remember my brother making a "spaceship" like that one too :)
ReplyDeleteFantastic page, Chrissie, I love the way you transform your photos into a digital work. The inchie is so cute as always!
ReplyDeleteHugs, Mar
A fabulous alteration of one of your beautiful photos. Mr and Mrs Greenman look like they are enjoying a day out.
ReplyDeleteA super inchie Chrissie, and a lovely memory for you to have.

ReplyDeleteSome green kudos to you on a great green piece. Love the two of you and your green faces. So clever and creative.
ReplyDeleteI love the work that you do with PSP I am jealous of all the work you do with it. I also love the inchie it is so '70's

Great memory niche, and love what you have done with your photos.
ReplyDeleteLovely picture, the transformation is both fun and creative. Nice idea to include your son's artwork on the inchie for a very personal touch.
ReplyDeleteI love how you switched up that photo. Its a great page for into the woods. Have a great day. :)
ReplyDeleteNicely collaged woodland scene arranged with such interesting wildlife! Sorry to hear of your son. I remember building the various 3-D paper puzzles, especially the lunar landing module with all its fiddly little bits. That was soooo 1969! Have a brilliant day! Cheryl
