Time Journal Spread

Hello everyone who calls in and thank you for your visit. This is only my second day using a laptop and I am finding it quite difficult at the moment but the old stack computer has gone to the recycling unit so I will have to be a fast learner.

At Art Journal Journey and Stamps and Stencils my lovely blog friend, Yvonne has chosen the subject and they involved Time so I have made this spread for both of them.


I used stencil of various sorts one is by imagination crafts and the others mostly home made. The stamp on thre left is made by Crafty Individuals and the clock and cogs on the right are Chocolate Baroque. The backgrounds are both made with a roller and Big and Juicy ink pads.

    Fabulous pages Chrissie, love the backgrounds, colours and the images. love the quote on the the right hand side . I had to get a plug, in remote mouse for my laptop . I would be lost with out it.

    Very pretty pages, Chrissie, and the quotes are so true and a delightful reminder to purposefully DELIGHT in every day.

    Laptops take some getting use to. I may be getting one in the future, but I've used my son's on a couple of occasions. I do like the ease of the keyboard keys. I will admit though, that the mouse on the regular computer is really doing a bad job on my hand and fingers. So it might be nice to be able to move the cursor with the touch of the finger.

Hi All. Thank you for visiting today and I hope you like what you see here. A fine bright day but colder today so I may fit in a walk later though I had some curtains to make before I do anything else. At Tag Tuesday this week the theme is Diva. I don't always remember to show my tags for there as you need to be a member and and do your own posts on Tag Tuesday's blog. I chose Elizabeth Taylor as my Diva she was so beautiful in films but definitely a Diva in her private life. Art Journal Journey are still drawing me in with the artists inspired theme so here is yet another page for the challenge there.  This was inspired by Damien Hirst though years ago I didn't feel inspired by his work at all when I saw some of it for real at the Liverpool Tate Gallery.
