Moo Mania and Craft-room challenges

Hello Everyone I hope your day is going well.

I am posting 2 challenge entries in this post

The first one is for Moo Mania where the theme this time is Landscape.

I made a little card with parts of some of my own photographs from when we used to live in the Lake District in Cumbria. The sunsets and sunrises there are wonderful and often we would get up really early to climb in the mountains to see the sun rise and then some nights we would climb later to see it set--we even went on a midnight hike once which was quite scary even with the full moon. I will send the little card to my daughter and son-in-law as they still live there and we are going to visit them later in the year.

Plenty of time to enter this challenge at the Craft Room as it was only posted yesterday. The theme is Vintage Stamping and you must use a rubber stamp and no cuties. I used one of my favourite stamps from Crafty Individuals and a black, white and red theme as it seems to fit the times.

The background is a plain white card and I added two types of lace and a bit of glitter. Then punches to make the flower. Yipee another peel-off used for the Sentiment.

    Love, love your cards, Chrissie! The landscape photos are beautiful, and such a fun card that folds out.

    And the vintage card is fantastic! I love the colors and design and the use of the lace, flower, stamps and all.

    You've really inspired me to create something great. This afternoon I did create a quick card using a commercially printed black note card and a cheery napkin for a tea card. I'll be posting it for Thursday. But your red card really makes me want to make something with lace and such.

    Hi Chrissie, your photographs are really beautiful. The Lake District is one of my favourite places - my partner and I went on our first holiday together there and stayed in a caravan on a farm (right next to the lambs and the plum tree) - it was one of our best holidays :-). Your daughter will love this.

    I love your card, the CI image is gorgeous and the colours you've chosen are perfect. I love the addition of the lace. Thanks for joining us this fortnight.

Hi All. Thank you for visiting today and I hope you like what you see here. A fine bright day but colder today so I may fit in a walk later though I had some curtains to make before I do anything else. At Tag Tuesday this week the theme is Diva.
