This is only the second blog that I have looked at for a challenge Craft Challenge  and was pleased to see it was something I hadn't tried before. It was a colour palette and beautiful pastel shades. I made this easel card with the colours I am looking forward to joining in more of their challenges.

I designed this octagonal box for the Just for Fun  Angel Wings challenge this week. I had guessed that it might be fairy wings so had lots of ideas for those but none at all for angels but it was great to think of something for the challenge. It involved a lot of glue and little pegs and a bit of thought as to how to add the three sets of wings to the top of the box but I got there in the end. The angel images on the panels were free ones from an internet site as were the wing shapes.

It doesn't seem almost a year since we went to the wedding but it will be on March 1st. It is wonderful to see that they are so happy and a joy to spend time with.

This is for this weeks challenge on Just for Fun I have always loved this quote and the wonders that happen when a caterpillar turns into a beautiful butterfly. The pebble was one I found on our beach--just love collecting pebbles lol. My drawing of a caterpillar leaves a lot to be desired I'm afraid. Wonder what wings are coming next--I'm looking forward to the challenge.

This is my entry for the Wings and Time challenge on Just for Fun. I didn't think I would have time to make anything for this as we have visitors and lots of fun to fit in while they are staying with us lol. As they are still in bed I had some free time to mess about. These 'time flies' are not usually visible to the human eye but if you look closely when we add or subtract an hour of our time they are busy trying to adjust and can be seen on those days. If you believe that you will believe anything!

I saw a blog with a King or Queen challenge but have lost it again. That is a good lesson to learn I reckon--I must add links to places I might want to visit again. Just added a few so will keep it up. I am watching The Tudors on television and keep thinking about what would happen in today's world if women were treated so badly.
